Limited Warranty

 

Warranty Our products are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship, when used under normal residential and commercial usage for lighting and power products. LightCorp defines the normal residential and commercial usage as the equivalent to a single shift, forty (40) hour, work week. All product is warranted from the date of shipment. LightCorp warranty periods are described as follows:

 Revo, Voyage, Tino and Reed Premier 10 years fixture; 5 years power supply
Clique and Linus 5 years
Tuck 5 years fixture; 1 year power supply
Piper 3 years; excludes power supply
Nik, Nik+ and Angus 2 years
Mack 1 year; excludes power supply

 

To make a warranty claim, please write us at customerservice@lightcorp.com and we will do our best to take care of the issue. 

Returns & Exchanges If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 7 days of receiving your product please reach out to us at customerservice@lightcorp.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once you receive your RMA simply return the product to us in like-new condition in the original packaging and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange. Please make sure to include your order number in your shipment. Any items being returned outside of this 7 day window are subject to a 35% restocking fee. 

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to LightCorp. When returning items please provide tracking number of return shipment to customerservice@lightcorp.com. 

Returns must be approved and accompanied by a valid RMA # from LightCorp. No credit will be issued if product is not returned within 30 days from the receipt of the RMA #, or if product is returned without an RMA #. Product not available for credit can be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

International customers in addition to being responsible for the return shipping cost are also responsible for all duties, customs fees and taxes on returned items.

All marked-down and sale items are final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, credited, or refunded.

Transportation charges for all non-warranty returns will be the obligation of the buyer. For warranty returns, LightCorp will coordinate getting the defective product back as well as sending out the replacement product.

Shipping Damage/Short Shipment  If a product is missing or damaged, please contact us at customerservice@lightcorp.com within 7 days of receiving your product to be considered for credit or replacement.

Pricing & Privacy We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. The full amount is charged when you place your order even if your product is not shipping for a long time. We will absolutely never sell or share your information with 3rd parties. All data we collect will be used for internal purposes only.

General The preceding terms and conditions govern the sale by LightCorp between you the buyer and LightCorp. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with our terms and conditions. Please notify us prior to placing an order if you disagree with any of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at anytime for any reason.
